The Assistant Manager position will assist in the financial and operational performance of the property by: * Rent Collections, to include posting of rents, reconciling account ledgers, and Eviction processing * Maximizing income by file compliance, monitoring and enforcing compliance with community policies and regulations - Conducting Business in accordance with Nolan Real Estate Policies and Procedures and federal and local regulations - Assisting in management of resident/prospect relations effectively - Impacting Resident Retention, sales and marketing performance and maintaining of the asset's on-line reputation and brand - Completing and entering lease/renewal paperwork and other results data - Onesite background wanted - Assisting pm with staff and vendor oversight, motivation, and development
