A new and exciting opportunity is now available for an Operations Manager of Primary Care Clinic in sunny Southern California. The Primary Care Clinical Operations Manager will join a small regional hospital passionate about providing excellent care for their community. The Primary Care Practice Clinical Operations Manager will oversee the Assistant Manager, nurses and medical assistants in the community care clinic. The Operations Manager of Primary Care Practice will determine daily operations of the primary care clinic, hire, train staff and ensure physician and patient satisfaction. The Operations Manager of Clinical Physician Practice will make daily or weekly visits to all assigned clinics to ensure operations and workflow are efficient.
