Manager Coordinator Construction Projects Job - (Jacksonville, FL)
Department: Campus Planning, Projects, and Operations A Life-Changing Career Responsibilities: This position is responsible to the Unit Head of the Construction Management Group, Division of Campus Planning, Projects, & Operations, and to the Project Manager on assigned projects. This position works collaboratively with Project Management, Design Services, Design Support, A/E Design, Construction Coordinators, Facilities Operations, institutional proponents, and various internal Mayo groups in managing the construction activities at Mayo Clinic Jacksonville.This position coordinates the various contracts and the process for the construction phase of various projects. This position monitors the performance of contractors and subcontractors who are constructing, renovating, remodeling, providing maintenance or demolishing Mayo Foundations buildings and leased properties. Incumbent is responsible for several projects at any given time with various levels of complexity at 1 or more locations.
