ResponsibilitiesConduct pre-employment paperwork, experience checks and other screenings.I-9 and W-4 processing along with new hire orientation.Maintain human resource records and compiles reports as needed.Benefits administration.Address employee questions and concerns.Implementation of strategic HR programs such as performance management, recruitment, training, employee surveys and communications.Participates in developing personnel goals, objectives, and systems.Perform other HR related duties as assigned.
