Maintenance Technician - (Bonita Springs, FL)

SUMMARY: Responsible for providing building equipment maintenance and repair. Will maintain environmental conditions at facility as well as performing light construction activities as required. Duties also include responsibility for the safety of the equipment, in that all applicable local, state, and federal guidelines are met. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Maintain facility and equipment in work conditions to acceptable levels of operating accuracy, safety and cleanliness. Respond to building and equipment emergencies/outages and perform quality checks. Communicate and facilitate projects with outside vendors/contractors (i.e. HVAC service, electrical, construction, landscape, etc.). Take an active role in all lean initiatives as it relates to maintenance.
