Party rental store customer/production associate - (Baton Rouge, LA)

Busy party rental store is now hiring a customer service AND production associate. Our perfect applicant is friendly, self-motivated, and energetic. Customer service duties include assisting clients with selecting rental items to help enhance their special events, answering phone calls, making quotes and reservations, and corresponding with clients through email. Basic computer knowledge is necessary; outstanding verbal and written correspondence abilities and excellent customer service skills are imperative.Production tasks include, but are not limited to: laundering table linens, washing dishes, cleaning and maintaining rental equipment, and preparing items for customer orders, among other duties. Some tasks may require bending and lifting.Candidate must be able to perform BOTH customer service AND production tasks.A valid driver's license, negative drug screening, and clean experience investigation are required.
