Technical Writer with Security Clearance - (Edgewood, MD)

The U.S. Army Edgewood Chemical Biological Center (ECBC) is the primary Department of Defense technical organization for non-medical chemical and biological defense, and is a subordinate command of the U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command. We are seeking Technical Writers for contingent hire to support the Research and Technology Directorate at ECBC. All efforts will be preformed at ECBC. Security Clearance: Must have current SECRET Clearance Requirements: â?¢ Requires a Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) experience â?¨ â?¢ 9+ years in research, education and publishingâ?¨ â?¢ five years of specific experience in content-editing Chem-Bio Defense original research materials (reports, journal articles, etc.) â?¨ â?¢ Must be proficient in the application of the ACS/American Chemical Society style guide Responsibilities â?¢ Prepares, reviews, and edits articles, technical reports, manuscripts, annual reports
