Program Analyst with Security Clearance - (Norfolk, VA)

Position duties DELTA is seeking a Program Analyst to provide a Cruiser track prospective gains on PCS Orders 3. Create individual training tracks; provide school quota management; document completed and future training schedules. 4. He or she will also develop requirements database to use for evaluating effectiveness of crew training activities and progress, while also acting as a liaison with Navy learning centers and contractor provided sites to coordinate crew training. Requirements Necessary skills: -Associates Degree or 10 yrs background -Prior background with Ship Modifications/Availabilities and/or Pre-commissioning periods -Must be able to communicate effectively and prepare and submit periodic status reports and a comprehensive end-of-training report as a measure of crew training accomplishments in preparation for a successful crew certification.
