Project Manager - (Texarkana, TX)

Federal contractor seeking an experienced manager for a new O&M contract. Position responsibilities will include: 1. Ten (10) years of directly related facilities engineering experience with at least 5 (5) of those years in a management/supervisory role. 2. Demonstrated fluency in the English language in reading, writing, and verbal communication. 3. Knowledge and experience with heating/refrigeration, a-c (HVAC), electrical work, and other building maintenance areas. 4. Demonstrated expertise to work with computerized management systems for programs such as preventative maintenance, security, and building components (HVAC, etc). 5. Demonstrated expertise to coordinate multifaceted facility support activities. 6. Expertise to pass an in depth experience check for access to the job site.
