Continuous Improvement Leader - (Augusta, GA)

A global manufacturer near Augusta, GA is looking for a Continuous Improvement Leader with background implementing and driving a Lean/Six Sigma Continuous Improvement program in a busy manufacturing environment. The Continuous Improvement Leader will provide training, lead improvement projects, audit and improve the continuous improvement program, monitor key indicators and report the status of the program. This position reports to a Global Director and will be responsible for Continuous Improvement at two or more facilities. A 4-year degree from an accredited university is required, along with at least 3yrs of Continuous Improvement leadership or similar background. Specific knowledge must include Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, Kaizen, SMED, 5S Gemba, Value Stream Mapping, Line Balancing, TPM, OEE, A3, PDCA and project management. A solid understanding of statistically designed experiments is required.
