Production Associate - (Richland Center, WI)

We are seeking a full-time Production Associates at our facility in Richland Center, Wisconsin. Whether it’s Mozzarella cheese or value-added whey products, customers count on Richland Center’s product performance and consistency. Our production associate will play an extremely important role in the seven-day a week operation, providing support in cheese making, whey processing and packaging and sanitation duties. Schedule • Please apply only if you are able to work 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. • Holiday, weekend and overtime work is required. Requirements • Prior background in the dairy or cheese industry is preferred • Prior background in manufacturing is a plus • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP's, OSHA and loss control programs is highly desirable • The preferred applicants will have obtained a high-school diploma or GED • Able to read and comprehend standard operating procedures • Participation in a team environment safely • Detail oriented, be quality minded
