RN, Executive Director *Must heave home health background Job responsibilities The Executive Director is responsible for the general management of more than 1 provider/agency in a geographical region including clinical, operations and support functions. The Executive Director is accountable for the financial and operational performance and overall business development of the agencies. In this role, you will oversee implementation, maintenance and compliance with the Performance Improvement activities, including the Corporate Compliance Program, lead the home care agency Professional Advisory Board, and act as the Privacy Officer.
