Accounting Supervisor, Billing/Donor Database - (Clearwater, FL)

Position Concept: This position will be the administrator of the Raiser's Edge fund development database to include all functions related to the entry of data in to, maintenance of and report writing for Raiser's Edge and the supervisor for all billing functions. Critical functions: * Responsible for supervising the entire billing process to include the preparation of the monthly Federal, State, Local and private billings and related reports; monthly reconciliation of accounts receivable; monthly collection efforts; and maintenance of the electronic billing system. * Manage the development, enhancement and support of Raiser's Edge database as well as system updates. * Responsible for the integrity, maintenance and back up of the Raiser's Edge database as a fund development tool with reliable data. * Develop and maintain reports for fund development from Raiser's Edge. * Maintain and administration of user accounts for Raiser's Edge.
