Warehouse Associate - (Lebanon, IN)

Ideal candidate is someone who wants start out in a temp role, hire onto full-time, be promoted to other positions such as Sales, Supervisors, etc. Attendance is very important to this client since it is a small warehouse operation with only ten to 16 warehouse employees. Warehouse Pick N Pack: Manual walking with carts, not quick paced, small tools, uses pick tickets no RF scanners Starting Pay: $12.00 per hour (eligible for an increase after 6 mons if not hired on full-time yet) After hire Pay & Benefits: $14.00 per hour / Comprehensive benefits Day one / 100% 401k Match up to 6% / 80% of insurance benefits paid by company Dress Code: Jeans, Cargo Shorts, T- Shirts, Yoga pants OK but must a long shirt covering below & no bare skin showing, tennis shoes, etc. No gym/sports shorts, No open toed shoes Environments: Climate Controlled
