Financial Services Representative (RR) - (Dalton, GA)

Representative is responsible for handling inbound/outbound customer calls that are initiated manually or via a telephony system, with the goal of negotiating the balance with payment(s)/payment arrangements in order to reduce interrupted service and write-offs, identify billing/service issues that may be delaying payments, research accounts to resolve customer financial disputes, reviewing bills and explaining fees and fees for service. Responsible for gaining and maintaining product/service knowledge, working expertise of telephony, understand Windstream goals and direction and their impact on the call center. Desired Requirements: Demonstrated customer interface with good negotiating skills. Exhibits competent multi-tasking skills and takes initiative in diffusing challenging customer contacts. Expertise to make sound decisions and use proper discretion in handling customer issues within company guidelines. Must be able to work in a team environment and adhere to company guidelines and practices.
