Claims Processor - (Freeport, IL)

To maintain FSA & HRA's with accurate enrollment, benefit participation, and efficient reimbursements. To process claims for repricing clients and other claims clerk duties as assigned. Daily: Process FSA Debit Card transactions including auto and manual substantiations for members utilizing the in house claims system looking for eligible medical/dental/vision claims. Daily: Process Manual Flex Claims, including medical, dental, vision, prescriptions, and eligible over the counter reimbursements. Weekly: Process FSA & HRA Funding and compile weekly manual claims and debit card transactions, and any FSA refunds. Weekly: Organize and compile flex claims including scanning the manual claims and debit card substantiation letters. Weekly: Other flex duties as assigned including: Open Enrollment Election processing, check register reconciliations, enrollment audits, and quarterly statement mailings. Daily: Import and post EDI claims for repricing and TPA vendors.
