Maintenance Technician and Housekeeper Wanted- Colorado Springs - Up to $15.00 - (Colorado Springs, CO)

Are you looking for an opportunity where you can work a steady schedule and earn up to $15.00 per hour (DOE)? There is an immediate need for someone with maintenance background. Job assignments: • Respond to emergency calls to residents? service requests to repair or contract to repair items. • Snow removal as needed utilizing snow blowers, shovels, salting equipment, etc. • Cleaning of premises (outside) and inside of apartments. • Perform repairs and assist with the preventative maintenance program, to include, but not limited to:HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofs, gutters, windows, screens, concrete drain pans, landscape areas, landscape drainage, asphalt, parking lots, sidewalks, lighting, stairways, sprinkler system, timers, recreational facilities such as pools and spas, appliances, etc. • Assist in the cleaning of the apartment and have it ready for new residents to move in. Must be available to work Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm. Must have at least 1yr of background in the field.
