Proposal Writer - (Lanham, MD)

1st Home Care was established in 1991 to provide community-based services for children with a history of out-of-home behavioral health treatment. Since then, the 1st Home Care team has developed an integrated continuum of care which includes Therapeutic Foster Care, School-Based Programming, Therapeutic Group Homes, Alternative Day School and Outpatient Counseling. 1st Home Care has a long-standing management agreement with Foundations for Home and Community a Maryland based non-profit corporation. Foundations for Home and Community is seeking a temporary Proposal Writer to look for Social Work/Foster Care, Community based social services or mental health services RFP's for Children, youth and families in Maryland and D.C and to assist with the certification process in the development of contract proposals. Please note: This is a full time work from home position that may require occasional office hours for meetings among other things.
