Great opportunity! Maintenance Supervisor position available due to the growth experienced in this successful manufacturing company. Responsibilities: Supervising a maintenance crew; Scheduling work orders, PMs, and overtime; Managing repair parts inventory; Assisting with installations of new equipment; Troubleshooting equipment problems; Ensuring safety, GMP, HACCP, and SQF Level three certification; Keeping accurate and timely records; Communicating with management on operating and/or personnel problems; Encouraging employee suggestions for improvement. EDUCATION: 2-year degree or certificate preferred; Mechanics or Electronics preferred. KEY SKILLS: 2+ years of mechanical and electrical maintenance; Food manufacturing industry background; Supervisory background; Knowledge of basic mechanics, electrical, preventative maintenance, PLCs, welding, boilers, refrigeration, etc.; Background recognizing problem situations and initiating appropriate resolution steps;
