Job Id# EB-620031XXXX Responsibilities: Interaction with senior management and ownership to ensure objectives are met. Oversee and manage buildings to ensure that the properties are maintained. Complete tasks and projects on time and on budget. Ensure compliance with tenant leases, regulatory items, and management contract. Establish and maintain strong and positive relationships with all clients, property tenants, vendors, and contractors. Provide service to commercial tenants by serving as key point of contact for details, cleaning, maintenance and repair needs.
