Kelly Services is actively recruiting for a Director, Payroll Compliance to join its organization internally in Troy, MI. This is a direct hire opportunity offered at a aggressive compensation. Director Responsibilities: Direct the overall operations of the Payroll System Controls & Audit Team, to ensure wage & hour regulations and policies are adhered to for Kelly Services. Partner with the Vice President of Global Service Administration and Legal to educate, adopt and focus on possible risks, root causes and solutions. Audit key controls and processes around operations to reduce or limit risk for the company, as it relates to Payroll. Requires continuous education on any tax and withholding compliance rules and regulations for the US, Puerto Rico and Canada and is responsible for accuracy and ensuring all year end requirements are met on time.
