Occupational Therapist (OT) Site Manager - Full-time Permanent Full-time Permanent OT Site Manager position in a SNF at Hagerstown, MD Must have Site Manager Background. Will Accept Visa TRANSFERS, not new sponsorships Overview: Position to administer occupational therapy services. Responsible for performing a variety of functions which involve evaluation and treatment of residents in a variety of clinical settings as well as supervising the activities of the Occupational Therapy Assistant. Caseloads vary in number and diagnosis. Physical requirements of the position require good physical and mental health. Responsibilities: Administer occupational therapy screens, evaluations and treatments (as applicable per State Practice Act.) Adhere at all times to HIPAA regulations and guidelines and meet the min weekly productivity standard of 85%. Daily documentation is done via Rehab Optima. Requirements: This job requires a degree in Occupational Therapy and certification from NBCOT.
