Quality Assurance Manager Develop and maintain calibration program for all lab and food safety related equipment as part of the food safety plan/system. Monitor and contribute to new food safety regulations, interfacing with food safety personnel and regulatory/compliance agencies by attending symposiums, conferences, etc., Participate in and become an expert on food safety trends staying ahead of customer qualifications.Develop and maintain calibration program for all lab and food safety related equipment as part of the food safety plan/systemServes as HACCP team leader for both processing plants.Must be comfortable and capable of communicating and training factory employees in GMPs and new employee orientation materials.
