Value Stream Trainer - (North Branch, MN)

Description Deliver new employee onboarding training and support other training efforts (Hot Trainers, Line Trainers, outside vendors) Provide hands-on and administrative responsibilities for new and existing employees Provide training per standard work for Value Stream (production) Associates Maintain audits and records as necessary (standard work, quality, safety, training matrix) Support and maintain Operator Skills Training, as well as required certifications for existing employees Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with leaders and associates Guide continuous improvement activities, engage and promote associate involvement Support and utilize Lean/AMS tools and implementation Performs related duties as assigned or requestedQualifications Experienced Senior Extrusion Operator, and/or experience in Training/Onboarding employees Organized, team member, good communicator, and dependable Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite, Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
