Chief Systems Engineer / Project Manager - (Richland, WA)

Basic qualifications Proven background leading systems engineering, system integration and IT teams for large infrastructure projects. Proven track record to facilitate engineering harmonization with supporting development efforts; Exceptional written and spoken communication expertise. Exceptional team-building, leadership, interpersonal, and project planning skills including cost account and schedule management. Must be able to work multiple projects, present, report and provide status weekly during program weekly review. Position summary Must be able to obtain TSA Security Clearance (Position of Public Trust) prior to on-boarding. This position is in support of the HRAccess Program. The HRAccess Program is a contract with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
