Contracts Attorney - (Pittsburgh, PA)
Job summary The Contracts Attorney will serve as a point of contact for internal and external customers regarding contract management, contract compliance, and general contract support, e.g. problem resolution. The Contracts Attorney will be responsible for preparing, examining, analyzing, negotiating, and revising contracts that involve the purchase or sale of product and/or services in line with Fisher Scientific's core business practice(s). The Contracts Attorney will formally report to the Director, Government Contracts and will functionally reside in the CCG legal department and will also support business development efforts, e.g. with Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Teaming Agreements (TAs) preparation and execution. Essential responsibilities: - Provide contract administration support as required by Director of Government Contracts. - Background in negotiation of commercial contracts. - Excellent leadership skills with demonstrated expertise to effectively lead in a changing environment.
