Researches and orders equipment or parts from the most cost effective supplier. Processes returns, shipments, and credits on all equipment and parts. Responsibilities - Technical skills (Word, Ms excel, Outlook) - Knowledge of AHS policies and procedures - Customer service and conflict resolution - Enters all product orders. - Negotiates favorable pricing from suppliers Education and Background Qualifications - Adapt to a fast-paced environment - Acts upon all messages where product replacement and/or returns may be applicable (includes voicemail, inbound phone calls, and email). - Maintains a network of parts and equipment suppliers. - Purchases needed equipment from the most cost-effective supplier - Attention to detail - Documents purchases of equipment by area and specification - 1-3 yrs of customer service background and/or training required, or an equivalent combination of education and background Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - High-school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
