Food Production Manager 2 - (Jacksonville, NC)

Plans, directs and coordinates the activities of food production employees. Responsible for the purchasing and receiving of food and supplies, as well as monitoring the inventory. Maintains food production records/cost indicators. Plans and costs menus. Sodexo Government North America is seeking an experienced Food Production Manager two for Mess Hall 420 located in Camp Lejeune, NC. The United States Marines have a high-level of food service expectations and this account will require the Sodexo staff to be top of their profession. In Government Services contract compliance is critical with safety and customer service a high priority as extensive audits and surveys are conducted at each unit on a weekly basis. Sodexo offers innovative and healthy concepts while keeping to a strict profit and loss financial statement. The Food Production Manager will report to the General Manager and will help support the Sodexo team to meet all the needs of the USMC and Sodexo standards.
