Required requirements: * MS with 3+ years of background - Hands-on and in-depth understanding of different protein purification methodologies, chromatography, filtration/ultrafiltration and viral clearance - Must be able execute experiments independently - Great communication expertise - Works on multiple projects internally, at other sites and at external manufacturers requiring initiative and judgment - Degree in Biology, Biochemistry or Chemical Engineering - Good understanding of cGMP and manufacturing, regulatory requirements for filing and registration of vaccine and/or biologics, and Quality by Design principles - Background with Akta chromatography systems and Unicorn software - Performs downstream activities in support of vaccine antigen development programs - Background in development and optimization of downstream processes - Must be a self-starter, be able to work with minimal supervision in a matrix environment and effectively manage multiple projects
