Vincennes has a $4.5MIL MV offering residential dining, catering and retail. There is a total campus enrollment of 5,000 students with 1,800 residential students. Sodexo is responsible for all food service on campus including catering and retail. This positions principal responsibility is assisting the Chef in creating residential menus using Sodexo’s Food Management System (FMS). Other duties include food purchases and monitoring inventory. Production Manager is 1 of six salaried managers at the Vincennes account.
