Hopkins House, established in 1939, is a local charity providing education programs and services to children, youths, and their families. Through high quality preschools, financial literacy, homeownership, parent involvement, reading and literacy, and summer enrichment programs, Hopkins House offers to children and families the skills they will need for a life time of learning. We are currently looking to fill the following positions within our Preschool Academy: TEACHERS Summary: Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing daily preschool academy activites for the students in his/her classroom. Min requirements include: 1. Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood, Elementary, or Family Education; 2. 1 or more years background; 3. Background in a NAEYC accredited center; and, 4. Fluency in speaking Spanish a plus, but not required. ASSISTANT TEACHERS Summary: Responsible for assisting the Teacher to coordinate and implement daily preschool academy activities for the students in his/her classroom.
