Job DescriptionJob Description:Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completionReview the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costsInitiate and maintain liaison with owners and other contacts to facilitate project activities.Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulationsSelect tools, materials and equipment and track inventoryMeet contractual conditions of performanceReview the work progress on daily basisFormulate reports concerning to areas such as work progress, costs and scheduling.Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging onesCoordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractorsNegotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licensesAnalyse, manage and mitigate risksEnsure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniquesQualifications:BS or MS degree in construction management, architecture
