E-Learning Developer / Internal Trainer - (Wakefield, MA)

The E-Learning Developer / Internal Training specialist is a key and critical hands-on role at Vestmark. Working with the training director, the Trainer will define, develop, prepare, and deliver a variety of e-Learning materials for both external client and internal Vestmark audiences. The Trainer will also contribute to the delivery of training, primarily to Vestmark internal audiences via Webex audio and web-conferencing, Vestmarks eLearning center, and instructor-led settings. Specific assignments include, but are not limited, to: E-Learning Development Modules: 40% Provide updates to all current new hire curriculum (Powerpoint Slides, Handouts, quizzes, etc) Work with training team to develop new materials as needed Work with training team to develop e-learning modules for Vestmark employees as needed Onboarding Training Delivery and Development 40% Deliver current training curriculum to new hires (Industry Overview, Department Overview
