Large baked goods company is seeking a Quality and Food Safety Manager. Responsibilities: Manage QA operations of 300-350 person baked goods plant Manage and mentor QA staff Perform food safety and quality audits Drive for improvements and efficiencies Qualifications: Min BA/BS, preferably in baking, food safety, or food science 5+ years progressive QA background in the food industry Baked goods preferred AIB training a huge plus Company will assist with some relocation expenses for the right applicant.
