You will repair hot-side commercial kitchen equipment.Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair a variety of commercial kitchen appliances such as ovens, fryers, griddles, steam kettles, microwaves, coffee brewing equipment, dishwashers, booster heaters, and disposals, among othersCustomer base includes schools, colleges, hospitals, nursing homes, restaurants, bakeries, and prisonsService territory includes Rhode Island, Bristol County Massachusetts, Groton/New London CT areaTechnician documents the equipment problem and the solution which may include installing replacement partsPerform routine preventative maintenance for many customers to fix a potential problems before they happensProvide 24/7 service within a rotation of other fellow Service TechniciansBe on time every day that you workBe flexible in terms of having the expertise to start early or end late depending upon workloadUse of a service van that is stocked with many replacement parts
