Job DescriptionReporting to the Plant Manager, you will have the following main functions:Managing the paper machine production to optimize production, while respecting quality, deadlines, cost and Health & Safety. Oversee paper machine output ensuring that paper meets quality specifications.Provide technical and troubleshooting support driving improved output and machine operations.Communicate and work with maintenance on shutdowns and to meet Preventative Maintenance objectivesEnforce and lead health and safety standards, practices and policies.Provide supervision and leadership for the training of hourly employees.Coach and handle discipline as required.Suggest and implement continuous improvement to manufacturing process Job Requirements:Bachelor/Engineering degree in technical field or 5 yrs of paper/tissue making background and supervision preferred.Exceptional leadership
