Help Desk Support - Contract to hire - (Mooresville, NC)
Job DescriptionImmediate opportunity available for a 6 mnth contract to hire help desk professional.Selected applicants will provide level one technical support of Printers, PCs, wireless technologies, store hardware and Windows operating systems. Selected applicants will be expected to microsoft excel in assessing technical issues and escalating calls to the appropriate support staff.Perfect applicant will posses at least one year of previous help desk background or some form of technical support, certifications (A+, MCP, PC Tech, Help Desk are highly desired), etc. The applicant should possess general troubleshooting skills and have a willingness to learn. We are looking for strong positive attitudes and professionals that are looking to make a solid career move.
