Summary of duties and responsibilites: Support and implement all marketing efforts for assigned product lines including: customer product support, product promotion, customer presentations, new product development, development of marketing materials, competitive analysis, report preparation and analysis, etc. Specific assignments include: Provide timely support to customer service and field sales for the preparation of bids. Provide technical product support to field sales, customer service, and customers. Develop a communication network with field sales, customer service, and other departments within the company, as well as customers and vendors as necessary, to help facilitate the timely completion of projects.
