JOB DESCRIPTION Ainsworth Pet Nutrition TITLE: Sr. Manager, Business Systems REPORTS TO: Director of Info Systems (IS) Overall Focus: Responsible for managing business applications and related staff, team demand, system/process improvements, policies and procedures related to demand management, and ensure systems and implementations are aligned with Company and IS strategic goals. FLSA DESIGNATION: Salary exempt Location: Wexford Salary Grade: 18 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES and CRITICAL FUNCTIONS Develop, communicate, and maintain policies and procedures related to: IS Demand management and Project Prioritization Business application change management Supervise and manage staff responsible for business analysis and development. Enforce compliance with defined policies and procedures. Manage team player performance evaluations Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of business applications. Manage vendor relationships of key business applications.
