DESCRIPTION Our teammates are responsible for providing excellent customer service while updating accounts and processing customers orders over the phone. Teammates will assist with customers questions and concerns while responding in a professional and timely manner. Our customer service teammates also work to increase sales by giving our customers an account review where they will explore any additional offers available on the customers account to ensure the customer the best package at the fairest price. All of this, while working in a super fun, energetic atmosphere!
