Quality Assurance Analyst II - (Richmond, VA)

The Quality Assurance Analyst II will assist in developing and establishing quality assurance standards and measures for the details technology services within the organization. The QA Analyst II will be responsible for writing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for validating software application development within Estes IT. The QA Analyst II will also be responsible for tracking defects and fixes in product development, software application development, details systems, and operations systems. The QA Analyst II will apply proven analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate IT processes through careful testing in order to maximize the benefit of business investments in IT initiatives. Assist in the development of quality assurance measures and testing standards for new applications, products, andor enhancements to existing applications throughout their developmentproduct lifecycles.
