Data Analytics Specialist and Data Presentation Specialist - (Emporia, KS)

Data Analytics Specialist and Data Presentation Specialist Emporia State University is looking for highly motivated individuals to serve as the new Data Analytics Specialist and Data Presentation Specialist within the Details Technology (IT) department. Candidates must show an aptitude to solve problems with an approach that puts customer service 1st. They must demonstrate an enthusiasm for using technology as a tool to enable students, faculty and staff to achieve goals both in the classroom and beyond. The Data Analytics Specialist is primarily responsible for working with university departments to develop and maintain data reporting for operational and strategic planning. Among other technical capabilities, this job necessitates experience using SQL, Ms excel and Access, and experience with data visualization tools is preferred. The Data Presentation Specialist is primarily responsible developing and maintaining creative ways to present data for enterprise data management and reporting to campus.
