QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor degree in Human Resources ideally holding Professional Human Resources certification such as: C.H.R.P., P.H.R., S.P.H.R., or G.P.H.R. - five years work history in Human Resources to include at a Senior level - Oversee training, safety qualifications, personnel, work instructions, procedures, and related tools.
