Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Full-time Permanent Full-time Permanent PTA position at a SNF in White Hall, IL Overview: Position to administer physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Physical requirements of the position require good physical and mental health. Must be able to lift/transfer minimally 60 pounds. Must be able to walk and stand most of the day, lifting, transferring, and pushing residents and equipment. Responsibilities: Administer physical therapy screens (as applicable per State Practice Act) and treatment to residents working under the direction of a licensed physical therapist. Providing physical therapy treatment following the plan of care established by the evaluating Physical Therapist. This could include but not limited to training the resident in exercise, ambulation, and activities of daily living. Adhere at all times to HIPAA regulations and guidelines and meet the min weekly productivity standard of 95%.
