Summary Conducts client program training and reinforcement training for agents. Supervises agents through training and Academy Bay (A-Bay), including managing agent performance via coaching and administration of corrective action. Offers and develops creative solutions and tailors training to specific audience needs in order to maximize training productivity. Facilitates aligning to the TIPS (Teach, Illustrate, Practice, Simulate) training approach.
