We are seeking 1 or more individuals to hands-on manage daily shop operations including design, delivery, sales, customer service, and personnel functions. You will be accountable for product quality, customer background, performance benchmarks, and overall shop operations. Qualified candidates will have strong floral design skills with a proven track record in our industry, the expertise to productively work with and lead other teammates, and a desire to create a wonderful background for our customers on each interaction.
