Specialist Quality Control - (West Greenwich, RI)

Job overview Principal responsibility for the Specialist QC will be to provide Quality Control support for cell-culture manufacturing contamination control program, and Quality oversight of the environmental monitoring, utilities, and water programs. This position will work cross-functionally with site Manufacturing, Facility & Engineering and Quality, to monitor and drive continuous improvement. Further, they will work with respective Global Networks to represent site Quality Control. The applicant will have relevant microbiology experience, and in-depth knowledge of current regulatory standards regarding contamination control, and environmental, utilities and water monitoring. This position will work in quality systems such as NC, CAPA, and Change control. The Specialist QC will support site audits and inspections, and support responses to agencies as required.
