FP&A Senior Financial Analyst - (Hartford, CT)

The Senior Reporting Analyst is a key member of the FP&A team who will partner with the business to create and analyze monthly operating results to produce written variance explanations which drive change. This role has significant responsibilities in the production of quarterly forecasts and the annual plan. Strong computer skills will be instrumental in enhancing processes and reducing inefficiencies. Ad hoc research and insightful analysis is key to successful partnering with business leaders. This position will rely on solid accounting knowledge and an understanding of basic audit principles to support the production of data cubes and data mining. As the company grows and expands into new markets and segments, we are seeking a qualified, technically competent, diverse individual to grow with us.
