We are currently seeking Finance Analyst to research, analyze, document, and maintain info about historic, current, and proposed programmatic decisions to establish Directorate past, present, and future budget intent and funding positions to support R&D programs. Responsibility: Proven track record in needs and requirement analysis, documentation and requestfor change (RFC)preparation. Demonstrated skill in program/project milestone review planning andcoordination. Demonstrated spreadsheet, database, presentation, media/graphics, and microsoft word processing softwaretechnologies. Proficiency with Microsoft Officeapplications. The expertise to interact with different personalities in a range of positions, including scientists, technical leads and managers at senior levels within multipleagencies.
