Business Analyst - (Cheshire, CT)

VISION: Center stage business analyst role in a $1B+ global manufacturer with 15+ plants. Advanced ms excel user with a detail oriented strategic mindset will gather and analyze large volumes of data related to procurement and supply chain transactions required by management. Be mentored by Big four talented Director and partner cross functionally with operations to include manufacturing, R&D, procurement, and supply chain. OPPORTUNITY: Gather and analyze data needed to create procurement strategies for complex data analytics to guide and support procurement decisions. Interact with all global manufacturing, serve as the right hand to Director of Strategic Sourcing & Procurement and support the finance team with data analysis. Analyze total spend, inflation / deflation tracking, trends in raw material prices and in tracking global prices/indices of key drivers of raw material prices. Provide KPI data to be used to make supply chain decisions.
